Fang Wu Gardens

My project is simply about the gardens you walking past by but never bothers to look at. The idea behind of this mass observation is to explore the relationship between and people and nature in the modern city where the land is so scarce.

My work is influenced by the New Topographics photographers, who are interested in objective documentation of locations in scenes of suburban. Through a year-long course in Sussex, I learnt how to research and focus on one direction of my interests and developing it into a completed piece of work.
